On Done-For-You plans, if your website and CRM aren’t live within 7 days after onboarding is complete (services, service area, hours, logo, photos and the phone number you want to use), we refund your setup fee. Google’s own verification time is excluded. We don’t guarantee calls, leads or sales. Your first preview arrives within 24 hours of complete onboarding; the preview is a first draft, not the finished launch. The launch guarantee stays at 7 days and excludes third-party approvals and verification (for example texting registration and Google verification).
