How long does it take?
See your first website preview within 24 hours of complete onboarding. Fully launched in 7 days. Done-For-You plans go live within 7 days after onboarding is complete. Onboarding means we have your story, credentials, programs, prices, photos and booking times.
How do payments work?
We connect payment links for your packages to your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Terms, renewals and refunds are shown before checkout.
Can I keep my training app?
Yes. If you deliver programs in Trainerize or another training app, we link to it from your site and onboarding emails. The website and CRM handle getting and keeping clients.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month. The setup fee covers the build.
What is GoHighLevel, and are there extra usage fees?
GoHighLevel is the CRM we use for your forms, pipeline, calendar, texts and email. On Done-For-You plans your CRM account is part of the monthly fee. Texting and email sending fees are billed at cost by the provider.
Can you put my results and testimonials on the site?
Yes, if they are real, you have written consent, and they reflect what clients typically get. We never invent reviews, results or before-and-after photos.
Is there a guarantee?

Gyms, studios and coaching teams start at $497 setup + $39 per coach/month. Each coach gets a profile page, a booking calendar and lead routing, with one owner dashboard.
What happened to DIY Templates?
We replaced the one-time DIY SKU with Software so every client gets a real Business Profile Pro account (templates included). If you already bought DIY, email michael@maximizerteam.com and we’ll honor it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the billing period. Setup fees follow our launch guarantee (see /legal/refunds/).
