On Done-For-You plans, if your location page and CRM aren’t live within 14 days after onboarding is complete and your franchisor has approved in writing, we refund your setup fee. Franchisor review time and Google verification are outside that window. We don’t guarantee leads, jobs or revenue. Your first preview arrives within 24 hours of complete onboarding; it is a first draft for you and your franchisor to review, not the finished launch. The launch guarantee stays at 14 days after written franchisor approval and excludes other third-party approvals (for example texting registration and Google verification).
