On Done-For-You plans, if your site, media kit and CRM aren’t live within 7 days after onboarding is complete, we refund your setup fee. We don’t guarantee sponsorships, deals, income or followers. Your first preview arrives within 24 hours of complete onboarding; the preview is a first draft, not the finished launch. The launch guarantee stays at 7 days and excludes third-party approvals and verification (for example texting registration and Google verification).
